Best by 6/28/26. Drank 5/19/26
Pour is a crystal clear straw yellow with a nice cap of chalk white foam. good retention and lacing.
Nose is bready malt, grassy hops
Taste is bready malt, subtle tropical fruit and citrus hop character.
overall a very good, tasty beer. I don't typically go for the non-traditional hops in pilsners, but this is done subtly and balanced. Probably doesn't help that the beer is getting on in age and some of the fresh hops have faded. But still very enjoyable.
