On tap at the Asheville taproom.
Clear yellow in the glass with fairly decent retention.
Big funk in the nose. Cedar, cider, apples, barrel.
Light bodied and very crisp. Sharp as tacks.
Tart Rhubard on the palate with some peppery barrel character.
Finishes extremely dry , a bit lemony, and tart.
