Poured a medium brown color with good carbonation and a nice white head. Nose is nutty, malts. Taste off first few sips was a bith thin but tasty. Maple syrup, nutty, caramel, toffee perhaps. This beer shines with food pairings. It was really good with my sandwich and the flavors came pouring out. Maple syrup, malts, nice. If I recall it was about a 5% + on the ABV which made it very drinkable.
