Three Peak Imperial Stout

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance had a dark brown close to black color with a level half finger white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace. There was some light lacing here and there. The smell had mainly a oakiness up front with a mild coffee and cocoa in the background. The taste followed the nose with a light candied orange flavoring that came in as it warmed. On the palate, this one sat right at a medium on the body with a pretty good sipping quality about it. Overall, good sweet stout worthy of having again.
