I've had my issues with BH beers over the years but I've given them a few extra chances after they started their underrated "Antimatter" series which I've found to be quite good.
This one continues to restore my faith in Blue Hills as a competent brewer.
Pours like a Kolsch should look. Light yellow with a decent half-inch head. Pleasant smell of grassy hops, crackers, slight bit of lemon zest.
Very pleasant taste in the mouth...bit of the lemon & a faint peppery after taste. Extremely drinkable & clean.
Very satisfactory beer I would drink again this summer. Looking forward to trying more BH beers.

The fourth edition in the Antimatter series from Blue Hills. Brewed with only Perle hops and Pilsen malt. Poured the growler into pint glasses. Very clear, golden yellow body. Nice white fluffy head. Good amount of lacing. Smell had hints of lemon. Taste was very mild but satisfying. Citrus with notes of grass. The mouthfeel here is what I enjoyed the most. So crisp and clean. This beer really goes down smoothly. The relatively low abv was perfect for an outdoor meal on a warm day. Very easy beer to drink that provides ample flavor. An excellent choice for summer drinking.
