Had on tap at OMB, served in a snifter. Appearance is nice copper color and smells of mild bourbon. Not overpowering. The bourbon flavor cuts into the alcohol nicely so that the flavor pokes through better, but you don't feel overpowered by the booziness of the base beer. Nicely carbonated, but not overly so. Overall, I enjoyed it and liked it better than the regular Bauern Bock they offered.
