Many Belgian Wits are usually brewed with coriander and bitter orange peel, but since we follow Reinheitsgebot (German beer purity law), our wheat beer is brewed using Sunset Wheat malt from Riverbend Malting Company for a unique baking spice flavor, and Mandarina hops which give hints of orange and citrus.
