On tap at the brewery, served in a Franconia glass
Pours a clear straw yellow color with two fingers of head, that recedes slowly leaving behind virtually no lacing.
The nose is biscuity with a mild sweetness, and very little in the way of hops. Very appealing and clean
Like the nose, the taste is biscuity and mildly sweet. Clean and crisp with notes of toasted bread, a nice malty sweetness. there are also hints of toffee, and floral hops. Very refreshing and easy to drink, medium/light bodied and well carbonated with a clean finish.
Overall, this is a very nice beer. OMB really nailed it on this one.
