Served on draught in a pint glass.
A: Medium to dark brown, transparent, with an off-white head that leaves rings as it is consumed.
S: a light caramel aroma is detectable.
T: caramel, bread, slightly sweet flavor; very clean with little detectable fruitiness. Most of the flavor concentrated on the malty side. Does finish with a decent amount of bitterness.
M: light carbonation, slightly on the viscous side but appropriate. Served around 45-50 deg, which helped bring out the flavors very well.
D: An easy-going beer but needs to be consumed carefully to bring out the flavors.
