Unusual, unfiltered wheat ale that features (according to the chalk board) wildflower honey. I sampled all of their house beers and thought this would be one of the least favorite (the IPA is amazing); but I was pleasantly surprised. A soft malty scent in the nose and a touch of sweetness that meets the tongue, though the taste is really quite balanced and far from cloying. A touch of banana and clove in the hops matrix, finishing with a tiny hint of honey sweetness that, along with the soft carbonation and lighter body, makes this a very refreshing beer indeed. Perfect with food.
