Surprising streams of bubbles in the Pilsener glass. Pours a clear dark golden color with a a big head to start. But love those bubbles! Aroma is modest but very pleasant. Powerful nose of yeasty and malt with a spicy intensity.
Sharp and spicy with a watery body. The thinner variety of wheat beer, but quite flavorful. Rather sour, after some sipping. One of the most acidic brews in the Heweweizen style that I've had. Perhaps you're supposed to drink it with oysters, or maybe fish and chips, skip the vinegar and lemon.
A middle of the road Hefeweizen that checks off all the attributes. The increasingly intense spice get a little old real fast. From the big jug filled at Tiger! Tiger!
