Cloudy lemon amber color in the tall tulip. Nice sudsiness in the mouth. Medium body. On tap at Tiger Tiger.

Flavor starts with an excellent malty touch with the slightly sharp Belgian yeastiness. This tastes like a bigger sort of Witbier at first, even with the pencil shavings flavor. Light and flowery with just a touch of yeasty bitterness. Some Farmhouse hints, but this seems to be a lighter sort of Belgian-style brew that evades exact categorization.

Some sweet malt but the drying tendency takes care of that in the aftertaste. Fruity hints of pear and passion fruit. Excellent quaff at a modest alcohol content. One of my favorite beers so far this year.
