A - Pours a clear light orange color with a finger of head.
S - Smells like citrus fruits such as orange or tangerine, banana and some other sweet smell.
T - Really flavorful taste in this one. The orange/tangerine are prominent as well as the banana taste and some other tropical fruit. Although is comes in with some really sweet fruit flavors in the malts/yeasts, the cascade hops come in and balance those sweet flavors.
M - Arguably the hardest to review on this beer. When I had it, the carbonation seemed a little low. They added some carbonation to it later because of this and then it was a little over carbonated looking. I did not re-try it at this point. felt fine even a little under carbonated but could imagine a little more carbonation adding to the mouthfeel.
D - A very unique Pale Ale. I walked in knowing it was 7.75% abv and thought "Oh here we go, a really hoppy beer categorized as a Pale Ale that should be a IPA in style". But that couldn't be further from the truth. Even though its called a strong Pale Ale in name, it doesn't taste as strong as say a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Very tasty. Looking forward to new batches of this one.
