Pale amber in the 0.4 litre nonic. Modest foam. Moderate head and carbonation.
This is supposed to be brewed with orange peel. It's certainly the most subtle citrus-flavored beer ever. There is just a slight hear on the lips of citrus oil, but a slight limey taste is all that shows up on the tongue. But quibbling aside, it's a pleasant Pale Ale with restrained hops (Centennial) and a fruity finish. Some resiny hops in the flavors and a scratchy, bit of bitterness in the aftertaste.
A happy quaff I wish had been a half litre, at least. On tap at Tiger! Tiger!
