Had on draft at the Frisco Grille, Columbia, MD.
A- A nice golden color, a little haze, with a nice white head.
S- Subtle hop aroma, a little biscuit, smells sweet.
T- Maltier than the nose would have led me to believe. Finishes nice and dry.
M- Smooth, little carbonation, thin to medium in the body.
D- A rather drinkable English Pale Ale, not hoppy enough to be an American Pale Ale.

A clear golden amber body rests beneath a short head of creamy white foam that holds well but eventually drops to a wide, creamy collar and thin surface covering. Some nice splashes of lace about the glass add to its appearance. Bright, grapefruit-like, spicy and piney hops are found in the nose over a light maltiness. The body is medium-light with a fine, crisp carbonation. The flavor delivers a combination of tangy, fruity, citrusy hop flavors and a very lightly caramel & biscuit maltiness well backed by bitterness. It finishes dry with a short lingering hoppy bitterness and a bready/biscuity maltiness. Well balanced. Refined. Crisp & refreshing. Highly drinkable. An enjoyable "cascade" ale.
