The beer poured a cloudy gold with a good white head. The aroma was tart malt and had a good bit of carbonation. The taste was tart malt with just a touch of cherry. The feel was simply dry as you'd expect. This was a nice lambic and was a pleasant option in among a lot of heavier winter beers.
