The beer poured a dark amber with a tan head. The aroma was of sweet malt. The taste was of sweet malt rushing to bitter, then a surprising bit of caramel to the finish. The feel was medium and dry. This is one that I wasn't terriby excited about. The hopping did not mix well with the malt.
