Cloudy golden color with an amber touch. Nice cap of foam in the pint shaker. Spritzy in the mouth. Pleasantly aromatic and lively.
This is the lighter style of Hefeweizen. It has the wheaty flavors but quite delicate. This has more of a thin body like an American wheat, but the long aftertaste of esters with a slight bitterness. A little of the grainy taste. Overall, a nice quaff and more of a summer drink than the the fatter German-style Hefeweizens.
