2oz pour: looks real good, clear ruby red, not much head nor lacing. the smell is phenomenal, robust sweet malty nose. Taste is a big punch in the taste buds. Over the top, very strong & syrupy but not in a good way. This is a very slow sipper. a 750ml bottle could feed the entire party! overall an average Barleywine that will most likely get smoother with age.
