Bottle at Te lo dije Pérez, served in a snifter glass. Black color with no head or lacing. Aroma of chocolate, coffee and dried fruits. Light body, slippy texture, flat carbonation. Sweet finish. Taste follows the aroma. Weak.

Totally black, light brown head.
In the smell chili pepper and cocoa, well mixed.
Again in the taste, chili pepper well balanced by cocoa and coffee.
Alcohol totally hidden.
Quit efull body, again chili pepper , and coffee, in the aftertaste.
A good balancing exercise.

Served in a chalice glass from the bottle here at Cerveceria Esparte in Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Thin black to brown body with heavy bubbles on the body creating a tan head rising half a finger's length. Drops quick with zero lacing.
Smell: light hops and coffee. Might come off a bit sour.
Taste: Little bit overly bitter, malty as hell and bit spicy. You feel it more as it warms down. The mocha and pepper, little scary at first but you adjust quick.
Mouth: Sticky brew, thin body but carbonation is bit more on the heavy side.
Overall: Definitely a hybrid brew which is a cross between a Russian imperial stout and a Baltic porter. Might confuse you a bit but the brew still delivered. Always in a glass, Salud

At Carlos’s house. In Naparbier glass. Pleasant. Maybe a bit more roasted than I’d like, but enjoyable nonetheless.
