From Tercertiempo. In Teku glass. Playing Day of the Tentacle. Very roasted, with some spices and a very noticeable alcohol presence that makes it a bit harsh and slow drinking. Ver foamy, requiring multiple pours.

Drank at Pub da Aldo, Venice, Italy
from notes, consumed early April 2016
33cL into a tulip
Pours an opaque black, large tan head, decent retention but few lacing. Aroma is roasty, sweet malts, some spice, tons of licorice/anise. Taste is heavy roast, some leather/tobacco, semi-sweet Cocoa on the finish, a bit herbaceous. Mouthfeel is smooth with a carbonation on the heavier side for the style. Drinkability is good. Overall, quite a nice beer and a pleasant surprise.
