Tap @ Moor, Bristol - Pours cloudy amber with a medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - fruits - berry feel, light citrus hop notes - grapefruit, malty tones. Taste - Sour at the front, leading to citrus overtones, touch of berries - grape, bitter end with a malty biscuit feel. Interesting ale, a sour, malty IPA.

Light gold color, effervescent with small white head. Smells and tastes like aranciata, orange and lemon peel, sweet and slightly tart. Delicious and refreshing although not very complex.

 

A mild, tasty American wild ale. It has a comfortable sour of a Flanders red, without the sweetness of say a Duchess of Borgogne. It has a rich flavor with significant complexity to keep the sour in Che CI. Poured as a fairly normal colored beer, did not retain head, but laces the whole glass. It is drinkable for a person who likes sour beer, easily a three or four glass type of beer. Very enjoyable.
