Collaboration with Revelation Cat Craft Brewing
If there was a brewery that had in common with us love for beers characterized, tasty but always easy to drink, that was Revelation Cat. Before leaving for the United States to found a new brewery in his name, Alex Liberati - deus ex machina of the brand - passed by Fidenza for a collaboration, one that had to leave its mark ... and here is the provocation: a Golden Quadrupel! A beer that finds its completeness in the paradox, rich as a quadrupel and refined as a golden, which expresses its intensity with a complex bouquet of malty notes and yeast but which hides its strength with a dry and clean finish. The Quintessence of our way of understanding beer.

Fruity and full taste, too intense, Melon, ripe fruits. Heavy.
Too much alcohol. Boring.

Unique look. Like a rose champagne. Taste is all grapes but a little tart so sweetness not overwhelming. Very like a good spiked grape juice. Unique and glorious

A: The beer is very hazy dark golden yellow in color and has lots of visible particulates floating in suspension. It poured with a short white head that left a large, thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of golden raisins are present in the nose along with some faint hints of pineapples. As the beer begins to warm up, some candi sugar also becomes perceptible.
T: The taste follows the smell, having sweet flavors of fruits such as raisins with notes of underlying malts and chewy yeast as well as some hints of pineapples.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This "golden quad" is quite unique for the style as it is much lighter in color compared to what you would normally expect. It hides its alcohol very well.
