Thanks to GT over on RB for sharing this one at a tasting. 3 Liter bottle poured into a tulip. 2010 vintage.
a - Pours a very dark mahogany brown color with one inch of light tan head and moderate carbonation evident.
s - Smells of nuts, roasted malts, dark fruits, light spices, and alcohol. Pretty nice.
t - Tastes of raisins, chocolate, roasted malts, sweet dark fruits, nuts, spices, and toasted malts. A step up from the nose.
m - Medium body and moderate carbonation, pretty smooth.
o - Overall a pretty nice quad. Taste has a lot going on and it's pretty easy to drink. Would have it again.
