Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- FWIW this and the other Belgoo I just had the sediment lifts into the pour reeeeally easy, despite resting and careful handling so I'm imagining people who wish for a clearer pour have their work cut out.
Pours deep amber, moderate haze - esp towards the end of the pour - so the last couple of teaspoons of thick yeast sludge left in bottle. 1Cm creamy looking foam cap. ps@+10mins, holds well and forms copious lacing down the sides.
S- It's mild but there is almost something lightly sweet/puddingy about it. maybe a hint of toffee...
T- Intriguing, I still get hints of toffee (like on toffee apples) but with no sweetness etc at all, it's also not even notably rich at all. It's spicy enough to leave a veeery mild zing across the tongue. It also has some balancing hoppy piquancy too.
F- Quite a light/bright feel whilst also bringing some punch from it's taste and presumably ABV%.
O- As it comes up somewhat nearer room temp the ABV% is finally starting to come through; 7.2% or so I'd guess... but the hops remaining bright, and with very minor richness the whole is balanced beautifully. Lovely, it comes over as something of a big-hitter that treads subtley and is understated... even now at +20mins as I'm finishing the glass. Notably lovely, I'd happily buy this again.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ==> 7.8% woooah!!? That's well hidden. Brewed with barley malt, wheat and spelt.
330ml bottle BB: 07/2021 Euro2.10, seems like a good deal to me. Bought from BeerMania/Belgium as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London. #1865.
ps. This and the Belgoo Magus I had earlier have both proved to be well above expectations for 'random unknown brewery' Belgians.

Light amber color with off-white head. Aroma is sweet, with strong yeast notes and some alcohol. Taste is definitely on the sweet side, with strong esters and a balanced finish. Overall it's a decent belgian ale.
