Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Mid-amber, poured pretty hazy, with a 2Cm pale creamy coloured foam cap resembling whipped cream.
S- Aromatic Belgian ester notes, a sort of herby timber aroma.
T- Quite bright on the front, then this^ 'herby timber', which now tastes clearly spicy rather than herby. The taste is overall Belgian style though quite gentle.
F- It's quite bright and seems quite light too, it feels like about 5.5% or so.
O- It's very pleasant and well put together. Quite a bright and complex flavour. Not heavy in any way so I could happily enjoy a few of these. The foam head is holding very well and forming some lacing on the way down. - Would I drink this if offered a glassful by a friend = hell yeah, very happily.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ==> 6.6% Wow, well hidden. Brewed with 4-grains - barley, wheat, oats, + spelt.
330ml bottle '24/04/2021' Probably the bottling date, the expiry date 'scale' on the edge of the lable isn't clipped. Euro2.10. Bought from BeerMania/Belgium as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London. #1864.

Clear golden pour with a nice white head. Smells of herbal hops, yeast, lemon zest and honey. Tastes of honey, lemon, white bread, bananas. Refreshing and delicious.

Served in a Lagunitas mason jar.

We need a French-language cartoon about the farsighted Mr. Belgoo... Anyway, this stuff pours a mostly clear golden-brass topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises light Belgian yeast-borne spices and a firm veneer of plastic and/or vinyl. The taste holds notes of mild Belgian yeast, light banana, and a swarm of sweet spices, primarily clove, brown sugar, cinnamon and black pepper. Those spices o'erwhelm most everything else, but at least they're not vinyl-laden... The body is a light medium, with a moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. Overall, an okay beer at best, one that just came across too muddled and unfocused and lacking much of the desired yeast character. I'm not entirely sure how to take this stuff...

A- A hazy yellow beer with some nice streams of carbonation keeping the massive white head around. Very nice.

S- Fruity, such as white grapes and orange peel. Coriander, banana, Belgian yeast, slightly bready. Complex and enjoyable. Very nice for something with such a reasonable ABV.

T- Very light and fruity. The flavors are kind of subtle, but they taste very well together.

M- Wonderfully creamy. The carbonation is spot on. One of the creamiest Belgian beers I can think of.

D- A refreshing Belgian pale ale. This would be great on a hot day. The only thing holding me back is the price of this.
