Sourdough, Belgian yeast, & hints of banana on the nose. The palate is crisp and so crushable. The subtlest hint of tart wheat contrasts notes of bread crust & fruity undertones. On the sweeter side of the spectrum, but w/ a touch of hoppy bitterness.
