Poured from a 330ml bottle into a pint glass. According to the website: "a vibrant Irish stout based upon original recipes developed within the heart of this Celtic island".
POurs a dark black colour with a white head that disappears quick but leaves traces.
Smells lovely and rich, dark and malty. Hints of coffee there too.
Tastes quite watery in texture, but good. It's dry and sharp with a hop bitterness on the finish, but from the start to the middle it's balanced and smoothly malty.
Overall a lovely beer, odd to have in a 330ml bottle because it seems quite quaffable.
