On tap at Elmer Sudds on 2/5/10.
A - Hazy reddish amber-colored body with copper tones and a thin patchy film that dispersed and eventually disappeared completely, leaving behind a bit of spotty lace.
S - Sweet and malty aroma with minimal hop presence, although I pick up on some slight tea-like hops in the backend. Caramel malt is featured prominently, although a slight herbal root beer quality emerged as the liquid warmed up a bit.
T - Like the aroma, the flavor is quite sweet and malty, suggesting caramel and molasses. Slight herbal hop notes appear in the backend, though, preventing the malt from taking over too much. Reminds me of root beer. Finishes with a slight earthy tinge and plenty of malt sweetness hinting at brown sugar and cookie dough.
M - Medium bodied with a syrupy texture and slight chewiness, although a hint of bristly carbonation is evident. Mouthfeel is fairly soft yet robust. Finishes sweet on the palate with a hint of bitterness.
D - Aptly (and cleverly) named, easy-drinking malty brew from Breaker. I look forward to future release from these up-and-comers.

Had it on-tap at Elmer Sudds earlier this week. The name is a play on Molly Maguires who fought for miners' rights. Dark amber with a good head, malt in the nose and in the taste. Medium body, smooth, nice flavor. The brewery's description makes no mention of what style it is, but it seemed like a good bock to me.

On tap at Elmer Sudds during their NEPA draft debut. Served in a shaker "pint" glass. Appears a slightly hazed, rich crimson color with about an inch of creamy, light ecru foam. Smells and taste is very reminiscent of fresh rising bread dough in the baker's proofing box, freshly blooming yeast , malty and a bit spicy. medium in both body and carbonation. I'll return to update my review as the recipe is tweaked.
