Bottle conditioned. Clear chestnut with a thin tan and frothy head.
Nutty malt with a hint of spice.
Earthy malt flavour possibly due to the added chestnuts. Slightly sour. Sweet and bitter both present. The chestnuts linger upon further tasting.
Tingly feel. Generally more carbonated than most conditioned beers. Medium body.
Good seasonal offering.
