A: Single finger head on a murky amber with brownish hues body. Nice lacing.
S: caught off guard by the smokiness and sweet mesquite notes. Very interesting beer to this point.
T: very unique beer and hard to describe. There are many flavors at work with sweet caramel malts up front rapidly transforming into candied fruits, mesquite BBQ, smokiness and light coffee finishing with mostly sweet candied fruit.
M: medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: complex beer which you will either love or hate. The taste may not be what the brewer intended but either way it's worth a try.
