Pours a medium-dark straw color, no head, moderate carbonation. Aroma features lacto, oak and wine must. No discernible cherry flavor on the nose or tongue. Tastes like a pedestrian sour, though one with respectable restraint. Soft lacto / vinegar, chardonnay tannins and grape must. Crisp champagne finish. A pretty solid sour for a small brewery, but misses as a kriek.

Sour cherry juice. Refreshing, bright and sour. Oaky, dry finish. Lacks a certain depth and character that a traditional Belgian kriek beings, but it's still worth drinking.

Pours like a pink lemonade with a fast fading white head. Turns a bit pinkish/orange when head fades. Nose is hints of fruit and (believe it or not) smells a bit like crispy Chinese noodles (weird, I know....)
Mouthfeel is fizzy and very drinkable with a light sour/tart tone.
Flavors are really good and inviting with light Cherry and a nice light sour inviting flavor. I could drink a lot of this one. I think people are going to love or hate this one as it's not super sour or super funky. I find it crisp, dry and very drinkable.
