I will preface this review by saying that I don't like witbiers. They are my least favorite style. With that being said, this beer is great. I could drink this all day.
Pours a cloudy pale straw yellow color with about one finger of head and minimal lacing. Not a whole lot of aroma here. Very clean smelling, with hints of belgian yeast and hops. Wonderful yeasty and spicy flavors come through. Which are usually the things I don't care for in wits, but they are really nice here. Moderate to high carbonation, medium bodied and smooth. I think I'll go get another one now.

Appears a cloudy pale straw yellow color with about two fingers of fluffy bone white head. Nose and flavor are dominated by fresh orange peel, coriander, spicy yeast, a tad bitter yet somewhat sweet, a bit peppery. Very refreshing, clean and light to medium bodied with ample carbonation. A very nice session ale. Looking forward to tasting ShawneeCraft's other offerings.
