This is a really enjoyable beer to drink. After a long pour from the tap the head finishes with two and a half fingers with this fantasic crown on top. I would love this beer to have a little more I.B.Us to give it a little more bite. The clarity of this beer is perefct. Absolutely clear and delicious with a slightly dry and bitter finish.

Appears a slightly cloudy light golden yellow color with about a finger of pillowy white foam. The head has good retention, but leaves no lace to speak of. Nose and flavor consist of toasted cereal grains, bready, herbal hops, some fresh lemon zest notes, a touch of caramel malt towards the finish and another hint of citrus. Just about medium bodied with lively carbonation and most certainly unfiltered. Pretty tasty.
