Bier Blanche With Heirloom Blackberries

Appears a bit darker than your average witbier. This is no doubt due to the addition of the blackberries. Overall, a clouded muted pale amber color with about two fingers of fluffy white foam. Nose and flavors are of spicy yeast, fresh blackberry notes, berry jam, hints of citrus such as orange and lemon, orange peel, coriander. Very nicely carbonated with a light body and a crisp finish. It might have been the 70+ degree day (in Oct!) influencing me here, but this was quite drinkable and refreshing. Looking forward to it's return next season. Well done!
