Had on tap at The Pub.
A- Poured a hazy deep yellow/orange off color. Lacing sticky on the sides of the glass but falls after a couple minutes. 1/2 finger white head on this that dies down rather quickly.
S- This really does smell like a pumpkin pie! Cinnamon and nutmeg are very present but the aroma of pumpkin overtakes it which in my opinion should happen. This also smells a little sweet which I could do with a muted tone but nevertheless am really surprised with the aroma.
T- This is retarded good! Some beers says they taste like a liquid pumpkin pie but this one really does. The spices in it come out very fresh tasting but the pumpkin really shines through this beer making it more pumpkin forward than spice forward which I think is how it should be. Some sweetness to this. Nice surprise since the aroma was just as good.
M- This is a medium mouthfeel to it. Carbonation was alright with the rest of the beer in mind. Creamy mouthfeel to this. Palate was wrecked with pumpkin and spices. Aftertaste was very pumpkin pie forward.
D- This is a very drinkable beer with my only complaint being it was a tad too sweet toward the end of the glasses. I was dumbfounded that this was a Mishawaka Brew Co. beer because they have been really slacking the past couple of years.

Had this at the brewery last night. It pours a light orange, with very nice lacing. Frothy in appearance.
Smell of nutmeg and cinnamon just knock you on your ass! One of the best smelling pumpkin ales I've every had. I couldn't wait to dig into this.
Tastes of pumpkin, nutmeg, allspice the usual suspects. Pumpkin is very present. A little light for an "ale", but that only adds to the drinkability. Very clean and crisp flavor profile. The array of flavors are very noticeable. Some beers tend to get muddled with all sorts of flavors, not this one.
Overall a very good Pumpkin ale. It's alot better than I remember it being in the past. Wish I wouldn't have missed out on this early in the fall season. Very solid beer.

on tap at the brewery the night before the ND-UCLA game
appearance: served in imperial pint glass...hazy light orange body, bubbly white foam head...odd appearance, seemed a little light
smell: this actually smells good, which for some reason came as a surprise....nice pumpkin pie aroma, lightly spiced and clearly pumpkin oriented
taste: honestly this rates ahead of most of the field for me, with the exceptions being the nice pair from NC in cottonwood and edenton. I think the key to me is letting the pumpkin dominate the spice instead of the other way around...pumpkin pie is the dominant flavour, rather creamy...nutmeg, ginger, allspice provide a nice compliment
mouthfeel: creamy and smooth body, a little light
drinkability: good
