Definitely my favorite offering at the brew-pub, a seasonal offering.

A= nice rich deeper tea-yellow, fair head.

S= very exciting florals and hops, with burnt-caramel and/or roasted malts.

T= much like the scent, the taste follows through and delivers-- very bold, very rich with a lot of depth and changes in each mouth-full to swallow. Plentiful in hops, fair bitters.

M= the finish has a lot of great burnt or roasted malt depth mixed with the great floral hops bite, so it was enjoyable to ponder even after the gulp.

D= I bought their last 2008 Party Pig (2-1/2 gallon) to take home, how's that?

All Centennial hops makes for a nice hop aroma. Copper orange. Medium head with some lacing. Kind of grainy and grassy. Ample bitterness. I think it could use a lot in the malt character department. There just isn't much there. Medium body. Basicly a Two Hearted knock-off.

I like the story behind this beer, as told in the review below.

Pours out a thin white head from the bottle which leaves some lacing on the walls of the glass. Color a light amber, much like would be expected from this style. Smell slightly hoppy with notes of fruit and herbs. This beer has a very distinctive smell and flavor, that I would liken to overripe slightly fermented fruit, maybe apples. Not very much carbonation, which I like in this beer. Taste is also malty with a nice amount of hop bitterness, but the malt seems to be at the front here.
