Had this on tap at The Pub.
A- Pours light yellow color with a slight haze. No head at all on this with a little foam skimming the top of the beer. No lacing at all. This beer looks a little dull and lacking any memorable details.
S- Some sweet malts are present in the beer. This has a huge lemon aroma to it. It reminds me of Sprite/7-Up with the aroma. Nothing else is really in there. Kind of bland with the aroma just being muted.
T- Big lemon taste in the front of this. A little wheat in there too but pretty much just lemon. It's almost just artifical tasting. Almost like those wax soda bottle candies....if you know what I mean. That's pretty much all you can taste.
M- Light mouthfeel to this. Lower carbonation makes it good for the style. Laves a lemon grassy taste in the mouth and in the aftertaste. Crisp and almost clean tasting.
D- This is a alright beer that I would only drink one of before moving onto something more memorable. Such a terrible waste of what could have been something good.

Appearance - a lemony straw color, a frothy white soda pop head on top. On the watery side, it weakens pretty fast but holds at a thin cover. Little to no lace.
Aroma - a wheaty, crackery grain aroma, some light florals tickling the nose. Settles down and has a ginger smell to it.
Taste - an immediate tartness on this one. Lemony, zesty ginger flavor dominates. Some background wheat notes but not enough. This tastes a lot like a ginger wheat ale. Adding the sediment for the second glass helps meld the flavors better, but this is still pretty tart and gingery.
Mouthfeel - smoother with the bottom pour, muted carbonation, where it should be.
Drinkability - I couldn't really drink this on a regular basis, although the flavor isn't bad. It needs a stronger wheat presence to be any kind of contender for the style.

On tap at Mishawaka. Served in a pint glass. Pours a golden/orange with a minimal white head. Aromas of lemon, wheat and coriander. Flavor is light citrus with a good dose of coriander and spice. Mouthfeel is light and watery with weak carbonation. A light and refreshing summer brew.
