A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. It poured with a half finger high dense off white head that died down but consistently left a thin head covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruity yeast are present in the nose—apples seem to stand out in particular.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of apples along with hints of corn adjuncts. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't that bad for the style—especially since it isn't dominated by flavors of adjunct malts—but is seemingly lacking in aromas, flavors and bitterness from hops.

Rare 12 oz import, prob because it is for an American company.

It pours a clear pale gold with a foamy white head that doesn't leave much lacing.

It just smells wrong, like a milkshake or something.

The flavor is equally bad: vomit, vinegar, peppers.

Horrible beer.

Pours clear yellow in color with a small white head that faded slowly and left good lacing sliding down the glass.

Smells of sweet malt, corn, hay, grains, light caramel and faint floral hops; very sweet and malty nose overall.

Tastes very sweet, with malt, corn, hay, grains, caramel, light brown sugar, floral hops and maybe some light yeast.

Mouthfeel was creamy, with light cabonation, a light body and a slight crisp feel to it. It was decent, but just basic and not really that flavorful.

Pours crystal clear pale gold with a small head.
Nose shows faint sweet malt and corn. Pretty boring, not much going on at all.
Flavours are pretty much the same, no bitterness whatsoever. At least there's no really bold off-flavours.
Very watery body.

A-pale yellow, very clear. about 2 centermeters of head that subsides quickly and to next to nothing.

S-not a whole lot going on. a whole bunch of sweet malt and thats about all im getting.

T-Those sweet malts hit the palate straight away, followed very quickly by a strange almost sweetish bitterness. nothing really jumps out more than this. quite average really.

M- light carbonation tingles for a bit, but theres very little length. standard for this type of beer.

D- sweetmalt, light carbonation, little mouthfeel. yeah, this beer pretty drinkable.

A - Poured golden yellow with a white head that fell to a skim.
S - Heavy caramely malt with dry hops.
T - The taste follows nose. Nothing too special here.
M/F - Light/medium body. A little oily in texture. Pretty nice carbonation which is light and effervescent.
D - Easy drinking but certainly not to go out of the way for.

Italy looked good, & I couldn't find a pity beer to drink brewed in Montenegro. End of story.

"Beer Elevated", poured into my Gouden Carolus chalice.

Clear, energetic, & golden. Eggwhite color & consistency from the inch of head that develops.

Smell is white bread, minor clove, & that recognizable Euro caramelization, but with a bit of toffee this time.

Carbonation is a bit low. I would say creamy if only because of that. Oxidation is showing slightly, but I can work around it(no BO/BB date).

Flavor is a minor outline of caramel & danky, aged hops. A touch nutty. A faint metallic notion comes through as it warms. The finish lingers with it initially, but soon draws out clean.

No problem with drinking this one fresh.

Poured with a good head of about a finger or so which stays around. Pale golden in colour. Some biscuity aromas dominate. Nice crisp bitterness on the palate. Some good length. Approachable beer which could be sessioned but won't set the world on fire.

Poured a medium straw hue with a one and a half finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured a bready malt with a touch of flowery hop.

The taste was doughy and grainy with a spicy noble hop. Good biscuity finish.

The mouthfeel was of average fullness for the style.

Overall a better than average euro lager.

A - Pours a dark golden colour with a couple of centimetres of white head that quickly falls away.
S - Quite a strong, sweet grain maltiness.
T - Along the same lines as the smell. A slight herbal, grassy note.
M - Medium bodied, a bit cloying. Carbonation is middle of the road.
D - Nothing bad but certainly not anything exciting. May as well drink a cheaper, more common euro lager.

Pours golden yellow with a thin head that becomes a thin, bubbly patch with a white ring that leaves some spotted traces of lacing on the glass.

The smell is of carmelizes sweet malt, doughy.

The taste is of sweet malt, doughy, caramely, grainy/slightly grassy. Some balancing hop bitterness controls the sweetness. Crisp finish with some lingering sweetness.

It's pretty nice, especially for the style. Its characteristics pair well with pizza.

Pours a golden yellow with nice thick white bubbly head. Had a sweet n' sour odor almost like green apple. Also produced a slight hop scent. Taste was sweet with a mild hop bitterness in the aftertaste. The taste seemed a little off balance, perhaps a little too sweet. Nicely carbonated, little lacing sticking to the mug. Fairly drinkable beer. Probably won't buy again but wouldn't turn it down at a party.

This is a realtively dark gold and flat beer.
The Euro lager maltiness is a difficult beast ,it seems to control It can so easily but sharply sickenly sweet or it gets tweaked just a little to have a balance so much more enjoyable to the palate.
Unfortunately they have not quite tweaked enough.
Its drinkable but uninteresting.
It does however have a ginger hint to the profile which gives it a little bit in its favour.
Perhaps very cold and guzzled would see this beer at its optimum

This Flying Carpet seems to have landed in Australia - I've seen it a few places around Victoria in the past few weeks. So is it worth getting on for a ride? I'm afraid not. It has a sickly sweet aroma and flavour, with only faint hops bitterness and not really any redeeming qualities. Rather flat in terms of carbonation. A real struggle to finish.

Pours a golden yellow with a frothy white head and shows alot of initial carbonation, all of which dissipates quickly, as does any initial lacing. Nose is well balanced, and the hops are noticeable. Taste is smooth and well balanced with a slight bitter finish. Medium bodied and my first Italian brew.

Tappeto Volante (Magic Carpet) pours a pale straw-gold body beneath a frothy head of very bright white foam. The head retention is quite good, and it leaves some nice rings of sticky, craggy lace about the glass. The nose is fairly limited, but clean and fresh with just a mild hint of lightly sweet and cereal-like malt. In the mouth it's crisp with a light to medium/light body and standard carbonation. The graininess of the malt dominates the flavor inititially, revealing a bready, grainy, and faintly toasty character. As it warms it starts to show a sweet note, but at the same time the herbal, spicy, and lightly grassy/floral hops appear, coat-tailed by a rock-solid, drying bitterness. It finishes dry and lingering with a slate-like bitterness and some residual spicy, grassy, floral and herbal hops. Wow! What finesse! It's clean, and somewhat restrained in a way, and yet it has enough character to carry you from grain into hops despite being well-rounded and perfectly balanced. A charming, elegant, pilsner style lager!

Produced a light golden colored beer. A nice inch and a half head of pure white stayed a long time. A medium amount of large carbonation bubbles. Nice thick lacing.

First whiff produced an aroma of molded wheat. Has a secondary scent of white grapes. Not a very strong aroma, which is a benefit for this beer.

A very strong wheat flavor is the first that hits the palate. This is quickly overwhelmed by an alcohol flavored aftertaste. There is nothing in a second sip that helps dissipate the alcohol flavor.

Has decent thickness in the body. A decent amount of carbonation bounces in this beer.

Overall, a very unimpressive beer. Something I would say stay away from unless you are the curious type. If I had to pair a food with it I would suggest game hens. Just a poor offering.
