Bottom-fermented and double-malted, with an alcohol content of 7.50% ABV, 150° Rossa is a Menabrea specialty beer characterized by a generous, persistent head and the unmistakable aroma of toasted malt and cane sugar, giving it its characteristic red color.
Its smooth, sweet balance and structured body make it a beer suited to particular pairings: excellent when served chilled, at a temperature of 6-8°C, paired with red meats, cheeses, and cocoa-based desserts.

Copenhagen 19/4 2019. 33 cl bottle from Volby Købmandsgård (web-shop). Classic beer label with two lions apparently trying to handle some brewing equipment and the usual hop plants growing unchecked but in a symmetric pattern.
Pours clear maroon with medium-sized off-white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense and sweetish. Sweet malts with caramel, brown sugar. Lightly nutty and with weak roasted odor.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, oily but lively texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by a moderate and light sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undercurrent. Lingers for a while.
A wholesome and very malty experience. So malty it manages to hide an ABV of 7,5.
