Strangle little glass place, all on its own in a square out in Coepenick (the square is called Schlossplatz, because of the Schloss across the road!).

Small and modern, clean and tidy, certainly different from your normal, traditional German brewpub. Enough room for 15 people at a guess. Claims to be the smallest brewery in Germany, it is certainly the smallest I've been in.

The staff were friendly, it was a quiet Sunday afternoon when we visited, bitterly cold outside, warm within. We were on a mission to visit some of the futher reaches of the city using the public transport system. We saw a lot of the city, but it took a long time between drinks more often than not.

Their beers on tap, didn't notice or ask for any bottled stuff from elsewhere. The beers were all fine, nothing to write home about, but more than 'just drinkable'.

Please go if in the area, but don't make a journey out here just for the pub, combine it with something else to avoid disappointment.
