Our Helles Bock is a deep golden color, produced from the lightly roasted caramel malts used during the brewing process. This is a malt forward beer with refreshing hints of hop on the nose and finish. Very refreshing, with a hint of sweetness, making it an easy drinking Lager, perfect for a Spring day.

A pretty good Bock.
Had two drafts at the Flavor Fest on site.
It almost rides the line between a Helles Bock and a standard Bock.
Nicely hopped, beautiful deep honey color and a sensual hop aroma.
I can't be thankful enough for this beer right now.
Of all the Swashbuckler beers I've tried, so far this one is my favorite.
The clover honey note really shines in the finish.
