Swashbuckler Brewing Company brings the taste of Olde World Germany to traditional beer fans and honors our small-town heritage. Like Henry William Stiegel, the founder of Manheim, the Kölsch -style ale immigrated from Cologne, Germany. Refreshingly crisp, with a delicate hop flavor and aroma.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a rich golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, there is some biscuit malts. Taste is malts, lemons, light biscuits, refreshing. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall, not the most flavorful example of the style, but not bad.
