Medium: Cork 2018 at 10.5%. Around 6 months old, aged quite well.
Opacity: Almost opaque with a faint copper hue.
Color: Very deep brown to black.
Head: First pour nothing, second one a creamy brown 3 finger head.
Legs: Mediocre with decent lacing but strong swirl reaction.
Smell: Black liquorice/Vanilla/Rhum barrel.
Taste: Dried prunes/Chocolate/Coffee/Herbal/Clove/Alcohol.
Feel: Roasted/Estery/Earthy/Spicy.
Body: Medium creamy and oily medium, almost silky.
Carbonation: Light crisp, doesn't get too dull.
Overall: Great quality. Expensive but highly recommended.
Super rich and warming, robust tongue coat while still pleasant and highly drinkable.
True to the style. Slightly overly acidic.
Visual 6/10 - Flavors 9/10 - Sensations 9.5/10 - Balance 8.5/10 -
Freshness 4/10 - Intensity 9/10 - Complexity 9/10 - Appreciation 9/10
