On tap at Inland Empire Brewing Company in Riverside, CA.
Pours a murky honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour and tart with wheat and lemon aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour wheat flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a below average beer that is not all that sour or refreshing for the style.
