Międzyzdroje 18/8 2019. 50 cl bottle from very small mini-Market in a very small town center. Red version of the Książęce brand label design with the homely, elderly Gent printed in gold who’s been stalking me for the last couple of beers.
Pours clear, golden amber withba medium-sized yellow-ish head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet, caramelly and a bit stuffy. Caramel, cooked vegetables and a little sugary. Sharp sourish notes.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a more moderate bitterness. Light sourish touch. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a bit.
Fairly generic and boring Vienna

Ksiazece Czerwony Lager has a thin, off-white head and a semi-clear, rust-red appearance, with minimal lacing. The aroma is of brown bread crust and tea. The flavor is of white bread crust, tea, tannins, mild bitterness, and low sweetness. Ksiazece Czerwony Lager has a medium body and a crisp finish.

Pours clear,reddish brown in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is toasted malt and white bread. Medium body, sweet with moderate carbonation. Solid, above average red lager. Not bad but I prefer others from the brewery.
