Międzyzdroje 18/7 2019. 50 cl bottle from (very) small minimarket in a very small town center. The Książęce brand usual label design in light brown. Including the somber, elderly gentleman in gold who seems to be stalking me.
Pours clear Maroon with a medium-sized off-white head. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is lightly roasted, sweet and dark. Dark, lightly roasted malts, caramel, brown sugar. Very malty.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, slightly sticky, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by a very moderate sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a very light sourish tang. Lingers for a while.
Very light Polish Dunkel which could use a bit more than the sweet dimension.

Awesome look. Nice and dark with a big foam head. Feel is very light and I felt the taste lacked something. You got some malt and a little sweet but underwhelmed. This was a good beer but nothing special.

Served from a bottle into a branded glass (also in Krakow). This is a nice dark lager. Smooth mouthfeel. Taste offers some nice roasted flavor. I really liked the way this looked in the glass, nice head and dark body. The lacing left fairly quickly. Not my favorite but my favorite here for now.
