A - This dark bronze brew is slightly cloudy with a nice one finger head of white foam. The head shows pretty good staying power, and a little bit of foamy lace coats the glass.
S - Grassy hops, boozy grain (alcohol detectable despite the 5.1% ABV?), and sweet caramel hints in the background.
T - Grassy, hay-like, barnyard-y and actually quite reminiscent of Duvel, but on a lesser scale. There is a graininess that is much more earthy and grassy than most beers, but I really like it! It's almost sour with grass, grain, lemon, and a hint of what can almost be described as chives.
M - Medium bodied, slightly dry, and quenching. Moderately carbonated and actually boozy tasting like malt liquor despite hte "regular" ABV.
D - I like this oddball brew. I really don't think that it belongs in the American Adjunct category since the Ukraine is definitely not in America, and this is WAY more flavorful than BMC brews.

The beer after its disinterment from the 500ml brown bottle pours a shining gold color with a voluminous bright white head whose texture is foamy, as it evaporates the leftover lace forms a tight skirt around the glass. Nose is mostly malt, sweet, crisp and clean and the start sweet with a passable malt presence, the top skeletal in feel. Finish has a moderate acidity and the hops light but pleasant in their spicy bite, quite dry and long lasting aftertaste.

The beer poured pale straw with little head. It appeared crystal clean until held up to the light and then the particulates in the glass were evident. Aroma is slight saaz hops and slight malt. Flavor is crisp and malty. The finish is dry and crisp. Body is light. Good drinkability.
16.9 ounce bottle, 5.1% ABV.
This beer was recommended by the cashier where purchased. It is quite refreshing and a good candidate for a crowd pleaser if served cold. As it warms the beer gives off some esters and the bitterness is a little harsh.
