This beer has a nice straw coloration to it with some nice head and decent (for a hefe) lacing. Nice scent, clean and crisp with hints of citrus. Not as strong as I like, but very nice. Good taste, a very nice wheat beer with a nice sweetness and orange hint. Went down great, as well.

2 L growler - served chilled in a weizen glass. 13 IBUs, 4.8% ABV. Pours with 3 fingers of white head that is almost creamy and leaves nice lacing and even a sheet of bubbles. The body is a fully opaque golden yellow with few bubbles rising to the top. Smells of spicy/grassy/metallic hops along with some sharp phenols (banana, clove, and band-aid). It also has a musty/outdoorsy character which takes me a while to pinpoint. It kinda reminds me of the farmhouse scent of Hennepin mixed with a hefe. Same flavors on the palate along with a touch of bubblegum and seems more bitter than 13 IBUs. It has a medium mouthfeel that is fairly smooth with a bit of tingly carbonation. Not a standard hefe, but still tasty.
