From a 2 L growler, served in a weizen glass. The beer is filtered to crystal-clear and looks a few shades darker than a macro lager. It has low carbonation and it's topped with a 2 inch, bright white head that leaves some lacing. It's tangy in the nose with juicy citrus peel (lemon and orange) and a light wheat backdrop. The body is light with a short finish, and the flavor is very clean with lemony zest, raw yet very light grapefruit hops (12 IBUs), some grass/skunk, a hint of spiciness, and a dash of wheat. Quite tasty yet light and very easy to drink - I was finished with the growler before I knew it.
